People who know me know that birthdays are kind of a big deal to me. As far as birthdays go, this is a very important year - one of those epic milestone years. As such, it deserves epic consolation gifts all year long. First up: Chanel Grand Shopping Tote (GST). This is only my second Chanel bag (first one, a jumbo flap, was purchased during another milestone year), but it took weeks for me to get the one I wanted (black with gold hardware). From what I hear, a price increase is imminent, so I'm just glad I was able to get it before that happens.
